What do Most Wanted International look for in applicants?
To work in one of our music divisions, music must be an important part of your life. You'll need to demonstrate that you have been actively involved in music and have commercial knowledge of what is happening in the industry as well as being a huge consumer of music. You can transfer into the music industry from other media related industries bringing with you different yet complimentary skill sets and knowledge which will add value to our business.

To work in one of the Support functions (Creative, Sales, Finance, Legal, IT, Human Resources, Operations or Facilities), whilst prior experience within the music or media industry is an advantage, it is not essential. However, we would expect you to have a strong interest in music and to have researched the industry and the key players within it.

It is important to remember when applying for a role in any of the divisions it's more about what you 'can do' rather than what you 'want to do'. Evidence of relevant experience and/or qualifications in the area you are applying for is paramount.

What are the other opportunities at Most Wanted International?
Work experience or intern schemes have always been a successful route to bringing talent into the Company. Interns in the Company gain experience on an unpaid basis to gain some entry-level experience in the Music and Entertainment Industry.

1. University affiliated interns - we work together with various universities to give interns practical experience which compliments their studies on a part-time throughout the academic year.
2. Adhoc Work Experience placements of up to 3 month duration to offer candidates a practical insight into the music and entertainment business.

Do we have a Graduate Training Scheme?
Unfortunately, we are not currently running a formal Graduate Training Scheme.

Your CV will be added to our Recruitment Database. One of the Human Resources team will contact you if your application has been successful. We will acknowledge the receipt of all applications however if you have not heard from us within 4 weeks then unfortunately we do not currently have a vacancy suited to your skills and experience. Your CV will be kept on our database for 6 months. If you still wish to be considered for jobs after 6 months has passed, you will need to send in your updated CV or re-apply.
