Matter to return in 2011

Only six months since it closed its doors, shocking the dance music community this summer, Matter is set to reopen its doors in 2011.

Founded in 2008 as the sister venue to London’s legendary Fabric, the cutting-edge club combined three floors, a body kinetic dancefloor and 2600 capacity, but was doomed by poor transport connections to its home at the 02 Arena in Greenwich.

Matter will return under the leadership of events company AEG, which currently runs the 02. A reopening date is yet to be confirmed, but keep your eyes on mixmag.net for all the latest info.
